Yes. Our pilots are licensed, equipment is checked regularly, and operations are managed according to weather conditions.
02Can I fly if I have no previous experience?+
Yes. In a tandem flight, the licensed pilot controls everything. You receive a short briefing before take-off and only need to follow the pilot's instructions.
03Is there an age limit?+
In general, a wide age range can fly, from children to older guests. Children need guardian approval; the final decision depends on weather, health, and pilot assessment.
04What is the weight limit?+
Tandem wings have load limits. In Oludeniz operations, the limit is usually around 100-110 kg and may vary by wind, condition, and pilot match.
05How long is the flight?+
A standard flight usually lasts 25-30 minutes. If thermal and wind conditions are suitable, it may be longer. The full operation takes more time with transfer and preparation.
06How does booking work?+
Choose package, date, and time. The system automatically matches an available pilot. After prepayment, a booking code is created and the slot is soft-locked for 15 minutes.
07Is the slot confirmed before payment?+
No. The booking code holds the slot briefly; the booking is confirmed after prepayment and admin approval.
08What should I wear?+
Comfortable clothes, closed sports shoes, and sunglasses are recommended. Slippers, high heels, or shoes unsuitable for running are not appropriate for take-off.
09Is transfer included?+
Depending on the operation plan, transfer can be arranged from Oludeniz, Hisaronu, Ovacik, or Fethiye. Package and operation notes in the booking screen apply.
10What is the cancellation and refund policy?+
Prepayments are refunded for bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before the flight.
11What happens if the weather is bad?+
If safe flight is not possible, the operation is postponed and an alternative time or day is planned for the guest.
12Are photos and video included?+
The Standard package does not include video. Premium includes GoPro video and photos; price and prepayment change according to package choice.
13Can I record with my own phone?+
Holding a phone during flight is not suitable for safety reasons. Visual recording uses pilot equipment and the selected package scope.
14Can I fly at the same time as my friends?+
Yes, the same time can be booked with different pilots. For group flights, each person gets a separate pilot and slot match.
15What should I bring?+
Sunglasses, water, and a light jacket depending on the season are enough. Flight equipment and helmet are provided by the operations team.
