1. Service Delivery
FlyGravity does not sell physical products. The purchased or booked service is a tourism, transport, or leisure service performed in accordance with the selected package, date, time, guest count, and operation plan.
After the booking form is completed, payment notice is received, and team confirmation is given, the booking code and operational details are shared via email, phone, or messaging channels.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking request may be temporarily held for capacity verification as stated in the system.
- A confirmed booking is formed upon payment or deposit notice, availability check, and FlyGravity approval.
- The guest is responsible for delays arising from incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable contact information.
3. Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours before the service time may be eligible for a refund of the collected deposit or payment.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before service time, a refund may not be made due to capacity allocation, pilot/team planning, and third-party costs.
- Refund rights may not arise in cases of late arrival, not being present at the booking time, providing incorrect contact information, or not complying with operation instructions.
- Date/time change requests are evaluated based on availability, weather conditions, and operational capacity.
- Cancellation and change requests must be submitted in writing to gravitytandemparagliding@gmail.com along with the booking code.
4. Weather, Safety, and Force Majeure
Safety is the priority in paragliding and outdoor activities. In cases of unsuitable weather conditions, official restrictions, technical/operational safety risks, or force majeure, the service may be postponed or cancelled.
For services cancelled by FlyGravity for safety reasons, the guest is offered an alternative date/time. If no suitable alternative is found, the collected amount may be refunded.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the general consumer right of withdrawal period is 14 days. However, leisure services for entertainment or rest to be carried out on a specific date or period — such as accommodation, transport, car rental, food and beverage, or leisure — are among the withdrawal right exceptions.
FlyGravity services are mostly leisure/tourism services for which capacity is reserved for a specific date/time. Therefore, the cancellation/refund rules stated on this page apply instead of the standard right of withdrawal.
6. Refund Method and Timeline
- Approved refunds are initiated in a single payment, where possible using the same payment method.
- For card payments, the refund timeline may vary by bank, card institution, and payment provider.
- To request a refund, write to gravitytandemparagliding@gmail.com with the booking code, full name, and payment details.
- Where the right of withdrawal/refund arises by law, the statutory deadlines under applicable legislation apply.
