This text is a combined Privacy Agreement and Data Protection Notice prepared for website use, booking, payment notice, customer communication, transfer organization, service operation, and security processes conducted by FlyGravity.

2. Categories of Data Processed
- Identity and contact information: full name, phone, email.
- Booking information: selected service, date, time, guest count, booking code, payment method, payment/deposit status.
- Transfer and operation information: hotel name, hotel address, meeting notes, operation notes.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, security logs, session data, anonymous or aggregated analytics data.
- Financial transaction information: payment amount, payment notice, and payment provider transaction references. Sensitive card data such as card numbers and CVV are not stored on FlyGravity servers.
3. Processing Purposes and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and legal grounds under applicable data protection law:
- Performance of contract: creating, confirming, managing bookings, and providing services.
- Legal obligation: payment, accounting, tax, retention obligations, official authority requests, and dispute processes.
- Legitimate interest: security, prevention of misuse, capacity/operation planning, service quality measurement, and customer support.
- Consent: commercial electronic messages, non-essential cookies, or additional marketing processes requiring consent.
4. Parties to Whom Data May Be Shared
- Payment processes: iyzico or active payment infrastructure providers.
- Email, hosting, database, analytics, security, and technical infrastructure service providers.
- Business partners and service providers necessary for transfer, tour, flight, or operation delivery.

Personal data is collected electronically via website booking forms, payment and notification processes, email/phone communication, cookies, security logs, and analytics tools.
FlyGravity applies reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, unlawful processing, or disclosure. Card details are not stored on FlyGravity servers.
6. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the period necessary for the processing purpose and the limitation/retention periods prescribed by applicable law.
After the period expires, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
