Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation, rescheduling, weather, and deposit refund rules for FlyGravity flight bookings.

Booking confirmation

Submitting the booking form holds the selected slot briefly. The booking is confirmed after the deposit notice is received and approved by the FlyGravity team.

Guest cancellations

  • Deposits are refunded for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the flight time.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight, the deposit may be non-refundable due to operational planning and reserved capacity.
  • Refunds for lateness, no-show, or missing contact information are reviewed according to operational records.

Weather and safety

If safe flight is not possible, FlyGravity postpones the operation and offers an alternative time or day.

If the alternative is not suitable for the guest, the deposit may be refunded. The final safety decision belongs to the pilot and operations team.

Refund method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, or international payment provider timelines may vary.

Withdrawal right note

Services performed on a specific date or period for leisure purposes and services started with consumer approval are listed as withdrawal right exceptions under Turkish distance contract guidance. The 24-hour refund rule above is FlyGravity's operational customer policy.
